Each time I have had my car serviced at BMW, it has been cleaned both inside and out, however, this time it wasn't. After the service, the display screen was also left with the tyre pressure warning light being shown.
Excellent customer service although the one thing I did not get during this visit was a video of the technician showing me around the car during the safety checks which I have had on previous visits to BMW.
Lack of servicing appointments and courtesy cars available.

Car in for warrantee work for the day but ended up having the car for three! With no feedback. I had to call on numerous time to find out when the car would be ready.

It would have been a 5 but when I arrived after being told my car was ready for collection I was presented with my keys , invoice and paperwork. When I went to my vehicle it had not been cleaned and vacuumed as the paperwork stated.

Very easy to drop my car off, very easy to get an appointment. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The reason for a low score is because collecting my car wasn't as easy and I ended up complaining. If they say they will phone back they should.
I just feel that any concerns are always thoroughly addressed and reported back to the customer ,which then makes any decision much easier to make.

I have, in the past, had bad experiences with the servicing dept at Fairfields. However, I have recently had my car there on 2 separate occasions and each time I was dealt with the utmost courtesy.
I would have given 5 stars if they had been able to deliver my car to my workplace as I was unable to get away from work till after the garage closed. Not their fault, but the inconvenience affected my experience.

Two very minor things- I also wanted a quote for some bodywork repairs- scuffs and scrapes. Body shop had been to have a look and I was expecting an email with a quote. Haven't heard yet. Also car not washed. Was asked to wait a bit longer for it.
Good customer service from Brian Cooper, kept me informed and had the car ready for when I needed it.
I thought that my car was running perfectly when I took it into Fairfields.. So how do you improve on perfection ?? well get the BMW engineers at Fairfields to tell you because that is what they did on my service.

Very satisfied with the team at Fairfield recently when my 5 series went in for a recall and service. All work carried out and very reasonably priced for a main dealer service.
My car had a service recently, 6 weeks after owning this car. From the vehicle check my car has misting from the rear diff which the sale man said was ok. I disagreed with him as he said it wasn't under warrantee and wasn't prepared to put right!
The service was first rate

I only wanted my oil, oil filter & fuel filter replaced however as I didn't want the micro filter replacing the service department wouldn't turn off my service light so it comes on every time I get in the car!

Overall excellent but would of been nice to of got a MOT reminder in advance which apparently you do normally send out.
As mentioned the service wasn't nessecary. I was given a software update anyway. I used a days holiday from work plus spent £20 on two cab journeys and this only added to the inconvenience of travelling to and from the dealership during rush hour.
Everything was carried out on my vehicle as requested.

service cost great. Booked service 10 days in advance, promised i would be dropped off to work & picked up from work (just a mile away). Instead a taxi was booked which did not turn up. sales person kindly gave lift after waiting 45 mins.
Staff very helpful at all levels but it would be nice if they rung you back when they said they would.
service was excellent, on time, and included the answer to a symptom experienced driving the car. So many firms either forget to produce the answer, or waveaway the symptom as trivial.

Very helpful and gave first class service and solved my cars problem.
Dash cam had all the wires (power & rear connection) pulled and then not replaced. Took me a few days to notice that they had been removed
The service provided was good, I cannot be critical but it still doesn't match the professional welcoming I get from the Lexus dealership where I get my first car serviced.

Whilst the problem appears to have been resolved (bad odours emanating from the climate control / air conditioning system) I was not happy to be told that I would be charged to resolve the problem even though the vehicle is still under warranty

While satisfied with Fairfield Garage, still disappointed that an "update" has removed the capability of playing the in car radio while having my phone connected to the car via Apple Car Play. This was possible previously and seems a step backwards

The booking in process was easy and my car was ready an hour earlier than expected. All staff are polite and helpful - nothing seems to be too much trouble for them.
Car taken for a service at 9 a.m. but not available for collection until after 5.30 p.m.

Very happy with the service and efficiency of Paul Gowers and all the staff Nice show room with plenty of cars to view and sit in.
The problem went back to the original purchase if the car. We replaced two batteries and sat nav replaced meaning we're out of pocket having to buy a new battery and pay the excess on the insurance before the problem was finally identified.
The key drop is good idea, but not for everyone, when the receptionist is not busy the personal touch helps

We booked a service on our old car the day before it was due to be returned to BMW. This service was not carried out as they had it booked in for the day after it was collected. The date of collection was given to them several times.
Rey good, quick and efficient service
Service booking was made for the 28/08/19 however I needed to change the date. I called and changed the appointment to 31/08/19. BMW turned up on the 28/08 to collect my car meaning the change did not take place. Luckily hubby was working from home.
The Service itself was great, the car was returned lovely and clean, it's just the Micro filter issue which spoilt it

My initial visit regarding the fault on my car, was dealt with unsympathetically by the male service advisor. he gave negative responses to my concerns and questions, i hope i don't have to deal with him again. he was not a good ambassador for BMW.
MOT carried out whilst waiting, but seemed to take a long time, when queried I was told car was being valeted, I feel the valet should be an option if you are waiting.
The MOT was good then the aircon service revealed a fault which they fixed under warranty. Liaison with me was ok but I wasn't called on Saturday as promised and information was a bit wayward! Car was kept longer but couldn't get a car!
Friendly staff who clearly knew what they were doing
My only issue with the service I received was whoever cleaned my car. I needed to clean it again when I got home as they hadn't dried it properly, there were run marks everywhere, the boot hadn't been vacuumed, drivers mat just thrown in the footwell
Car came back with a scratch on it parts on my back seat and no return calls.
Fast & efficient.
All worked according to plan and very efficient. Just a little longer wait than usual for the courtesy cleaning but not an issue that distracts from overall experience.
Car still not fixed
Service hit and miss as car was in for engine rattle for 2 weeks then home for 3 weeks before being returned as rattle still there and in garage for a further 3 weeks - we had to chase up to see what was happening
Collection and delivery of vehicle when they said they would .... brilliant service
Although my car was booked in for a safety recall it was given a visual check which revealed exposed cord on one tyre. This potential danger was reported to me, resulting in me buying a new tyre. Now driving in a safer car.
3 times I have said the keys are defective and break 3 times this has been ignored I was with a major client when the key fob got lost as it had come away from the main key. We spent an hour looking for it so as I could then restart the car

I have had a couple of dealings with Fairfields and I can't fault the staff or the service, friendly, professional and reliable.
Had to wait 25 minutes to be seen. Car was not cleaned. 12pm appointment for a 90 minute slot. Didn't leave till 14:10.

No one phoned when my car was ready for collection after servicing. I had to phone to find out. My car started to loose power as I drove away, therefore I took the car back. Had to wait until next day for my car to be fixed. No apology.
Sales staff were very professional and helpful. The downside was the BMW Connected Drive app which took 24 hours to install so some features of car couldn't be demonstrated. This was not the fault of dealership - it's something BMW need to sort out

There was an issue with the reversing camera, that we had fitted, but there was a fault with the interface module. Sofiane, arranged for me to have a loan car, that was the same model as the one I had purchased. I had no issues with this arrangement.

Great service from start to finish nice handover in a handover bay flowers for my wife the salesman went out his way to.find me a deal and didn't give up finding something that would work but didn't do this in a pushy and annoying way!
